The Sauvignon Blanc Ried vom Schloss 2023 from Weinschloss Thaller comes from over 40-year-old vines in the Ried vom Schloss in Vulkanland Steiermark. Small berries and low yields ensure a high concentration of aromas. Spontaneous fermentation and about twelve months of aging on lees give the wine depth, elegance, and exceptional complexity.

On the nose, intense aromas of lychee, cassis, and delicate herbs unfold. On the palate, the wine presents itself powerfully and precisely with juicy fruit, elegant minerality, and perfectly integrated acidity.
