Shipping Area

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within Austria.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Should we expand our delivery area in the future, the available countries and applicable shipping costs will be published on our website.

Shipping Provider

Orders are generally shipped via our shipping partner DPD or an equivalent delivery service.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping provider where necessary to ensure proper delivery.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Austria takes place within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

If delivery is exceptionally delayed, we will inform you without undue delay.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process before you complete your order.

All shipping charges include the applicable statutory VAT.

Acceptance of Delivery

Please inspect your delivery for any obvious transport damage immediately upon receipt.

If any damage is apparent, we kindly ask you to note it with the delivery driver where possible and notify us promptly.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, or any other reason for which the customer is responsible, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs incurred.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

As our product range includes alcoholic beverages, we reserve the right to carry out an age verification upon delivery or to have such verification performed by the shipping provider.

If the legally required age verification cannot be completed or if acceptance of the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to withhold delivery.
