Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods;
or, in the case of a single order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the last item;
or, in the case of goods delivered in several partial shipments, on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the final partial shipment or item.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) daysfrom the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
Alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but delivery can only take place after 30 days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.

The statutory exclusions pursuant to Section 18 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG)remain unaffected.
