The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Réserve 2022 from Domaine Roger Sabon is predominantly made from old Grenache vines grown on the appellation's famous soils characterized by large pebbles. The nose reveals intense aromas of black cherries, blackberries, and ripe plums, accompanied by garrigue herbs, liquorice, black pepper, and subtle hints of cocoa and spices.
