The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019 from Marchesi Fumanelli is made from hand-picked grapes from the historic vineyards in Valpolicella Classica. Following the traditional Appassimento method, the grapes are dried for several months, gaining concentration, depth and aromatic complexity. The subsequent long maturation gives the wine its powerful structure and remarkable finesse.

The nose reveals intense aromas of dried cherries, plums, dark forest berries and raisins, accompanied by notes of cocoa, tobacco, spices and fine balsamic nuances. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex with ripe, silky tannins, impressive concentration and a long, elegant finish. The perfect balance between power, fruit and freshness makes it an outstanding representative of its origin.
