The Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT Biologico 2025 from La Valentina comes from the hills around Pescara and is produced exclusively from organically grown Pecorino grapes. This traditional grape variety is one of Central Italy's most exciting white grape varieties, impressing with its aromatic intensity, freshness, and elegant structure. Maturation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging on fine lees preserves the varietal character and adds further complexity to the wine.

The nose reveals aromas of hawthorn blossoms, exotic fruits, yellow plum, and delicate honey notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced with lively acidity, pronounced minerality, and a characteristic salty note in the long, harmonious finish.
