The Chablis "La Part des Anges" 2023 from Famille Grossot comes from the calcareous soils around Chablis in northern Burgundy. The Chardonnay grape variety finds ideal conditions here to produce wines of particular freshness, minerality, and elegance. The winemaking is carried out with great care to authentically express the character of the terroir and the typical style of a classic Chablis.

On the nose, fine aromas of lemon, green apple, and white flowers unfold, accompanied by mineral and slightly chalky notes.
