Gabe Tenute's Fior di Sale comes from the renowned hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, one of Italy's best Prosecco regions. The grapes grow in the steep Rive vineyards of San Michele, whose mineral-rich soils give the wine its characteristic freshness and distinct salinity. After vinification, the wine matures for at least three months on the fine lees, gaining additional complexity and elegance.

On the nose, fine aromas of white flowers, acacia, and rose unfold, accompanied by notes of green apple, peach, and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine presents itself fresh and harmonious with a fine perlage, lively acidity, and a distinct mineral note. The long, elegant finish is carried by a pleasant salinity, which gives the wine its unmistakable character.
