The Sekt Reserve Brut Nature 2021 from Fuhrgassl-Huber is produced using the Méthode Traditionelle and is based on a Wiener Gemischter Satz of Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Müller-Thurgau. After spontaneous fermentation, the base wine matures for over 50 months in neutral barrels and then another 30 months in the bottle. The Sekt is disgorged without dosage and impresses with its clear style and authentic character.

The nose reveals fine aromas of white bread, brioche, and fresh citrus fruits. On the palate, the Sekt presents itself as dry and mineral with vibrant acidity, fine perlage, and an elegant structure. The long, precise finish impresses with freshness, grip, and Burgundian finesse.
