The Frabolla Frappato Rosé Brut IGT Terre Siciliane originates from the joint project of Cutrera and Bastianich. The indigenous Frappato grape variety is gently vinified as a white wine and then undergoes a second fermentation in pressure tanks according to the Martinotti method. Maturation on fine lees gives the wine additional finesse, freshness, and expressiveness.

On the nose, floral and aromatic notes of wild strawberries, cherries, and raspberries unfold, accompanied by delicate hints of Mediterranean herbs and subtle spices. On the palate, the wine is fresh and elegant with lively acidity, fine perlage, and a fruit-driven, harmonious finish. Its lightness and drinkability make it an ideal companion for social occasions.
