The Falkenstein Reserve Brut 2023 Pinot Blanc is the flagship product of Weingut Dürnberg and bears the protected designation of origin “Sekt Austria Niederösterreich g.U. Reserve.” For this exceptional sparkling wine, only carefully selected Pinot Blanc grapes from the best vineyards around Falkenstein are harvested by hand. Following traditional bottle fermentation (Méthode Traditionnelle), the sparkling wine matures on the lees for about 30 months and is then riddled by hand. This labor-intensive production process gives it its exceptional complexity, elegance, and particularly fine effervescence.

In the glass, the sparkling wine presents a radiant golden-yellow color with a persistent, fine effervescence. The bouquet delights with aromas of quince, white flowers, and subtle nutty nuances. On the palate, meadow herbs, yellow fruits, and subtle hints of blossom honey combine to create a creamy, harmonious structure.
