The glorious Roter Veltliner 2025 from Weingut Eichinger is one of Austria's special autochthonous grape varieties. The grapes come from Ried Stangl, a continuation of Ried Wechselberg, whose loess, loam, and lime-free clay soils give the wine depth and expression. After an overnight maceration, the wine matures for four months on its full lees in stainless steel tanks, thus developing its elegant structure and complexity.

On the nose, aromas of pear, apple, gooseberry, greengage, and a hint of mango unfold, accompanied by delicate herbal notes. On the palate, the wine presents itself as juicy and harmonious with crystal-clear fruit, lively acidity, and an elegant minerality. The long, fresh finish makes it an exceptional representative of this rare grape variety.
