The Pinot & Pinot from Weingut Biegler is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir using traditional bottle fermentation. The base wine comes from the 2020 vintage and matures for 36 months on the lees. Bottled as Zero Dosage (Brut Nature), the sparkling wine shows its origin and the grape varieties particularly authentically. The calcareous soils of the Hausberg and Zistl vineyards give it additional elegance and minerality.

Fine aromas of green apple, citrus fruits and brioche unfold on the nose. On the palate, the sparkling wine is creamy, elegant and precise with a fine perlage, lively acidity and mineral freshness. The long, dry finish underlines the puristic character of this Brut Nature sparkling wine.
