The Cabernet-Merlot Reserve 2022 from Weingut Biegler combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot into a harmonious cuvée. The grapes come from the best sites in the Thermenregion and, after classic mash fermentation, mature for 18 months in barrique barrels. The result is an expressive red wine with depth, structure, and great aging potential.

On the nose, aromas of ripe plums, black cherries, and figs unfold, accompanied by nougat, tobacco, and subtle roasted notes. On the palate, the wine presents itself as juicy and elegant with dense fruit, well-integrated tannins, and a harmonious structure. The long, spicy finish impresses with fine minerality and sustained length.
